1. Who We Are & What We Do

We Enova Estates SL help people file taxes in Spain online. This includes preparing and submitting Spanish tax forms for you, whether you are:

  1. A non-resident property owner declaring rental income or imputed income (Modelo 210), or
  2. A resident filing other Spanish taxes like income tax.

We operate through our websites, and by using our online tools and services you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the services.

2. Your Relationship With Us

  • 2.1 You Agree to Share Accurate Information
  • You must provide true and correct personal data, tax information, property details, and bank account details when asked. We rely on this information to prepare your tax forms. You are responsible for making sure everything you provide is correct.
  • 2.2 What You Are Responsible For
  • You promise that:
  1. You know whether you are a resident or non-resident for Spanish tax purposes.
  2. You will supply all required documents on time.
  3. You are responsible for paying your actual tax bill to the Spanish tax authority when due (either by direct debit or bank transfer).
  4. You will follow Spanish tax deadlines and requirements.
  5. If you miss deadlines or provide incorrect information, you could face fines or penalties — and we are not responsible for those.

3. What We Provide

  • 3.1 Tax Services

  • We prepare and file your Spanish tax returns based on the information you provide, including:
  1. Non-resident property tax (Modelo 210) for rental or imputed income,
  2. Annual tax filings
  3. Other Spanish tax return services you choose.

We send you a draft or confirmation once your taxes are filed.

  • 3.2 What We Don’t Do
  • We do not offer independent tax advice or legal representation outside of preparing and submitting your return. You should consult a tax professional if you need detailed advice.

4. How Payments Work

You agree to pay our service fees as shown at checkout. These must be paid before we file your taxes. The amount will be clear before you complete payment.

  • 4.1 Tax Payments
  1. Direct debit: We can help set up direct debit in your Spanish bank account so the tax authority can automatically take your tax payment.
  2. Bank transfer: You can also transfer the tax directly to us and we will file and pay on your behalf.
  3. Cash payment (PDF): If chosen, we send you the tax form by email to pay at your local Spanish bank.
  4. You are responsible for ensuring there are enough funds in your bank account.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only to provide tax services to you. Your data is stored safely and handled according to applicable data protection laws. You can ask us to delete or correct your data at any time.

6. What Happens If Things Go Wrong

While we aim to provide correct tax preparation services, we cannot guarantee results if:

  1. You provided incorrect information
  2. You missed a tax deadline
  3. The Spanish tax authority has follow-up questions
  4. Technical issues occur
  5. We are responsible only for the services we perform correctly based on the data you gave us.

7. Using the Website

You promise not to misuse our websites or systems — for example, you must not try to access our systems unlawfully or share your login details.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update this agreement from time to time. You should check for updates regularly. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Legal Rules and Disputes

This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will normally be handled in Spanish courts.
